KOXERA does not operate proprietary data servers for client operational data. All client CRM, automation, and communication data resides on the third-party platforms described in Section 4.

For data we store directly (contact information, correspondence, invoices):

Access is restricted to authorized KOXERA personnel on a need-to-know basis
Access credentials are protected by strong passwords and multi-factor authentication
We conduct periodic reviews of our security practices

6. Data Retention

KOXERA retains personally identifiable information for as long as necessary to provide services and comply with legal obligations. As a general guideline, we retain client contact and correspondence data for three (3) years following the conclusion of a client engagement, after which it is securely deleted unless retention is required by law.
